What is the good for the award!! Recently came out a stupid policy that only cost trouble to customers. Real case scenario, my friend just bought a shirt for me yesterday (4th January 2011). The size is too small for me after I tested at home (M). Then we went to change for the SAME color, SAME brand of shirt but a larger size (L). Which has being rejected by the person in charge there!!! The outlet is at Queensbay Mall, Penang. Person in charge -- Ms Keavvy
